production financing and entertainment law firm. Practice Areas
concentrate on film and television production legal, soft dollar
film financing, tax credit monetization and incentive legislation
consulting. AELGLA eliminates production need for tax credit brokers
because the Firm facilitates pre-sales and transfers with tax credit
buyers. AELGLA offers creative fee arrangements that serve clients'
legal needs as efficiently as possible within budgetary constraints,
including fixed fees and fee plus contingency agreements for tax
credit transactional work and Louisiana entertainment and/or
production legal.

AELGLA Senior Counsel has represented and consulted on entertainment
and tax incentive issues in the USA, Australia/New Zealand, Canada,
China, Eastern and Western Europe, South Africa, Turkey and the
United Kingdom, among others. In Louisiana, the Firm's members have
established roots in the State and offer on-site local service, even
after hours and on weekends as necessary during production. AELGLA

In-House Studio/Network/Production Executive Experience:
The Firm offers years of experience in studio/network/production
positions such as Senior Vice-President, Vice-President and/or
Department Head of Business & Legal Affairs, and/or Head Consultant
for Fox, Disney/ABC, Universal/Canal Plus, MGM Film Studios/UA,
Topaz Productions, among other production and distribution
companies. AELGLA Senior Counsel has experience in more than 150
films, television movies, series, pilots, mini-series, reality
programs, animated programs and commercials, in various production
stages from development through distribution. The Firm's members are
experienced in handling location issues in Louisiana, with the
capability to resolve legal issues arising on and off set, after
traditional law firm working hours, thus facilitation a smooth
production process in this State.
